WHAT TO EXPECT
DURING YOUR MEETING

  • Benefits

    • Your counselor will explain the benefit(s) available to you.  This is your time to get your questions answered!   Clarity is an education firm and our priority is that you understand your benefits and special open enrollment guidelines.   We will walk you through your choices and assist you in making selections and waivers based on what is appropriate for your individual needs.
       

  • Beneficiaries

    • We know life changes, so we confirm that your beneficiaries are up-to-date.
       

  • Summary

    • When your enrollment is complete, the benefit counselor will review your elections and waivers.  They will confirm who is being covered, plan levels, effective dates, and any other pertinent information.  This is a chance for you to make changes or get last questions answered.

    • If your elections are correct, the Benefit Counselor will ask for your permission to authorize the elections on your behalf.

WHAT TO EXPECT

AFTER YOUR MEETING

Your Benefit Counselor will either email you a copy of your benefit summary or instruct you where to find it in your enrollment system.  Please look it over and report back to us if anything is incorrect.

 

You will also receive a survey from Clarity.  We will ask you to compete it and provide us with valuable feedback about our enrollment process and the service we provided you.
