Client Engagement Specialist

Clarity Enrollment Solutions is looking to hire a Client Engagement Specialist!  We’re looking for a data-driven, motivated individual with benefits experience, and just as important, a high level of expertise in Excel.

Duties and responsibilities 

• Attending collaborative strategy and implementation meetings that set the framework for each new client.

• Sending follow up client communication and delivering on timeline initiatives to ensure a successful enrollment experience for employers and employees.

• Ease & Employee Navigator technology platform buildouts that facilitate and deliver employee education as well as benefit elections, waivers and pricing.

• Customized marketing and communication that provides enrollment details and benefits information to help employees make educated decisions regarding their coverage options.

• Online appointment scheduling set-up and coordination for both client enrollments and new hire onboarding.

• Excel data manipulation to accommodate carrier and vendor specifications

Qualifications 

• 4 year college degree

• Minimum of 2 years in the insurance industry

• Ideally would have insurance license

• Work in our Minneapolis office – located off Interstate 494 and Hwy 169

• Salary Range - $50,000 - $80,000

Benefits Counselor

As a Benefits Counselor, you are responsible for effectively and professionally representing Clarity Enrollment Solutions in all benefit enrollment activities that require a purchasing decision on behalf of eligible employees and/or their family members. Benefit counseling sessions will occur in multiple settings including large group meetings, one on one meetings or via call center.

Duties and responsibilities

• Uses in-depth knowledge and understanding of employer and employee paid benefits to provide complete enrollment services to eligible employees both on-site and via call center

• Is versatile in the delivery of "needs based" sales presentations in both employee groups and one-on-one settings

• Collects enrollment data on a laptop for both new customers and re-enrolling customers

• Builds rapport quickly with employees and on-site client contacts

• Works with managers and human resource contacts to help control on-site enrollment process and flow

• Provides enrollment services via smartphone and takes incoming calls at our office or from home

• May perform other duties as assigned

• Most benefits counseling work will take place in the Twin Cities and Greater Minnesota but regional travel may be required

Qualifications

• Strong computer literacy and knowledge of technology (laptop functionality, spreadsheets, internet connectivity)

• Works well independently, shows initiative and exercises discretion with respect to the benefits enrollment process

• High school diploma required, undergraduate degree preferred

• 3–5 years of Broker, Carrier, Insurance, Financial Services, Human Resources, Sales, Training or Teaching experience highly desirable

• Prefer applicant holds necessary insurance licensing (Life and Health)

• Wages range from $20 - $35 per hour depending on experience and performance. Most Benefits Counselors average $30 per hour

• Mileage, meal per-diems, hotels stays (if applicable), and training are all paid for by Clarity Enrollment Solutions
